Biography

Dr. LaBrie, is a graduate of Texas A & M University. Upon graduation in 1982, he started his career as an associate veterinarian here at Alamo Dog & Cat Hospital with Dr. Eric Lange. In 1985, Dr. LaBrie purchased the practice and property and has remained the sole owner of the animal hospital to current date. In 2004, he replaced the aging structure with a beautiful modern building.

Dr. LaBrie is currently a member of the AVMA, TVMA, and VMABC where he served as president in 1992.

Dr. LaBrie and his wife Susan, have two boys, Chris and Nick. Who are following in their father’s footsteps. They are also the proud owners of three active dogs: “Briley”, “Brie”, and “Mario.”

Dr. LaBrie enjoys the outdoors and is an avid fisherman and scuba diver.
