New Client Information
Appointment Policy
- Scheduling appointments can be made by calling 210-922-1231, walk-ins welcome.
- Surgeries appointments are scheduled Monday – Friday. Pets must be brought in between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Routine surgeries are released from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
- Bath and Brush must be brought in before 10:00 am, Monday – Friday. Your pet will be ready after 4:00 pm.
- Space is limited for surgeries and baths/grooming, please call to schedule your appointment or log in to your Pet Portal to request an appointment. Please make your requests 48-72 hours in advance.
- All appointments not canceled within one hour of appointment time will be considered a “No Show” and charged a $25.00 “No Show” fee.
Pre-surgical Policy
No food after 6 pm and no water after midnight.
